Manager, Process Management & Control (Wealth Product Sales) - Personal Banking

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and on-going review the wealth product sales process for branch channel
• Work closely with product owners, risk and control departments to formulate an effective wealth product sales process that compiled with relevant regulatory requirements
• Drive system enhancement and process review to establish an effective selling and control process
• Cultivate a compliance and risk management culture across branches
• Keep abreast of the market practice related to risk management and compliance on wealth product sales 
• Conduct refresher training on sales compliance

Requirements

• University graduate in Business, Legal, Finance or related discipline, or
• Preferable with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking and/or investment products/services, compliance, risk management or related field which cover the following:
• Good understanding of sales compliance regulatory requirements and risk management
• Sound knowledge of wealth product and sales process
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and highly independent
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage
