Accounting Manager (Accounts Payable) [Ref no: AMAP-ALAI]

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a small team to be in charge of end-to-end accounts payable operation;
To compile, process and maintain accounts payable records without delay;
Ensure that controls around the accounts payable process are strong and within policies and procedures;
Prepare aging report and other reports as required;
Keep proper accounting records for fixed assets;
Participate in ad-hoc projects like system enhancement, process revamp, streamlining etc.;
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable function;
Good supervisory and communication skills;
Prior experience in banking payment system is a plus;
Proficient in MS Office Suite and practical skill in VBA & SQL is an advantage;
Ability to work independently and under pressure; organized and detail-minded;
Professional qualifications in HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
Immediate availability will be an advantage;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager.
