Main Responsibilities:
- Handle Motor insurance claims from initiation to resolution
- Verify, investigate and assess validity of claims
- Liaise with customers, service providers and third-party claimants
- Negotiate settlements with claimants
- Attend Small Claims Tribunal
- Answer claims hotlines and general telephone enquiries
- Provide quality service to customers in accordance with the service standards
- Assist in UAT
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Secondary education or above
- Fresh graduates will be considered
- Relevant experience in general insurance industry will be definitely an advantage
- Professional insurance qualification (e.g. IIQE / ACII / ANZIIF) will be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Good computer skills
