Job Purpose:
To provide proactive service to walk-in customers and conduct selling and cross-selling of banking products to satisfy customers’ needs
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales target assigned
- Responsible for full range of general banking products such as CASA, Cleaning Lending, Mortgage, Insurance and Credit Card.
- Actively acquire new customers through proactive sales effort
- Work to understand customers’ banking needs for selling and cross-selling products
- Make sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments as appropriate
- Participate in localized or off-site promotional activities
- Work with product specialists where appropriate to provide services to customers
- Conduct operational procedures in a compliant manner by following the Bank’s policy and procedures
Incumbent Requirements:
- University degree with 1-2 years or secondary education with 3-4 years experience in branch frontline customer service
- IIQE paper 1, 2 & 3
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
