Spa Trainer 水療培訓導師 (5-day work)

Responsibilities

• To ensure the treatments of the therapist team are consistent with standards and provide outstanding service to guests.
• Responsible the proper training, implementation, and set up for all treatment services.
• Assist with spa marketing and promotion when needed and requested by Spa Management.
• Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure conformance to company standards
• Support spa operations and perform any duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in captioned position in sizeable luxury hotel / spa.
• With CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/WSQ qualifications and other recognized certificates will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
• Well versed in Excel and Word
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Head Therapist.
