Customer Services Supervisor (Toys and Hardgoods)

The Job

• Assist CS Manager to supervise the CS team of daily operation
• Act as key person to handle special clinet project
• Maintain intimate relationship with our clients
• Responsible for report review, handling technical enquiries and customer complaints

The Person

• Degree in science or engineering related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ customer services experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Previous exposure gained in merchandising / testing / Toys or hardgoods trading / manufacturing field is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant CS Supervisor
