Housekeeping Attendant 房務員

At the moment, we are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East.
目前，我們正在尋找一位 房務員 加入我們香港九龍東皇冠假日酒店的專業團隊。

Job Responsibilities工作職責:

• Cleans, maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards and replenish guest suppliers according to set standards and procedures.
  按照既定標准和工作流程，對客房、走廊、布草房和餐具櫃進行清潔及補充客用物品。
   
• Carry out valet services when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders. 
  如有需求則完成貼身管家服務，包括派送布草或處理洗衣訂單等。
   
• Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met.
  及時和禮貌的完成上級指定對房客服務並及滿足客人要求。
   
• Maintains a daily room checklist.
  完成客房每日檢查工作單。

Job Qualification工作要求:

• Obtained Training Certificate in Housekeeping, or having housekeeping working experience and hospitality industry is an advantage. 
  修讀相關的房務課程，或有客房工作經驗及有酒店業經驗優先考慮。
   
• Able to speak, read and write English and Putonghua.
  具有講，讀和寫簡單英語的能力。
   
• At least Primary Education at equivalent.
  具至少有小學或相同學歷程度。
