Concierge Officer 禮賓部主任

At the moment, we are looking for a Concierge Officer to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East.

目前，我們正在尋找一位禮賓部主任加入我們香港九龍東皇冠假日酒店的專業團隊。

Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

• Handle guest general inquiries.
  處理一般賓客查詢
   
• Assist guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins and check-outs.
  協助大堂內的客人處理入住和退房期間的行李遞送。
   
• Ensure that arriving/departing guests with the assistance of load/unload the luggage from the vehicles.
  確保抵達/離開的客人得到車輛行李的協助。
   
• Positive, friendly and enjoy interacting with people.
  積極、友好並喜歡與人互動。

Job Requirements工作要求:

• Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience.
  具有1年相關的工作經驗。
   
• Proactive, friendly and enjoy interacting with people.
  積極主動、友好並喜歡與人溝通。
   
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  具有良好講，讀和寫英語及普通話能力。
