Guest Service Officer (Fitness/ Yoga Club) - (5 Days, multi locations)

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests, answering incoming calls and clarify customers’ enquiries in a professional manner
• Handling reservation and provide check-in and out services
• Handling customers complaint
• Conducting regular daily facility check

Requirements:

• F.5/ DSE or above with experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
• Good command of both Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese) AND English  
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude
• Be patient, cheerful personality
• Shift duty is required (8 hours working)
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduate welcome
