Carry out all sales activities to develop new accounts and maintain good business relationship with our clients, and ensure database and leads are well recorded and maintained.
Make every sales effort to maximize sales opportunities and meet business target.
Prepare quotations and contractual agreement on a timely manner according to management guideline.
Handle all guest enquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
Coordinate with banquet service team and relevant departments to ensure quality food and beverage services are delivered and guests’ requirements are met or exceeded.
Complete other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
