Settlement Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle daily settlement operations including HK and US securities, corporate actions and other Exchange/CCASS operations
• Perform daily stock and cash reconciliation, handle IPO, placing related operations
• Oversee the review and enhancement of internal operation procedures for both new and existing business operations
• Communicate with internal and external parties to solve all settlement problems

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder of above
• Min 1 year related experience in settlement operations in securities and derivatives industry
• Strong knowledge with CCASS operations
• Familiar with Hundsun back office system is preferred
• Self-motivated, be responsible and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
