Project Manager (ERP) (Working Location: North Point)
Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors, to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the system implementation meets the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the project, including plans, progress reports, and any changes made during the implementation.
- Issue Resolution: Lead project meetings to resolve issues and make decisions to keep the project on track.
- Ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile is preferred.
- Have English language (Syllabus B), Chinese language and Mathematics at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years in Project Management or relevant experience.
- Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation and support to bring valuable insights to the role is preferrable.
- Solid experience in leading technical teams and projects in system development.
- Strong in leadership, liaison, analytical skills, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to drive changes to practices and processes to meet business challenges.
Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
