The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for executing a variety of desserts, pastries or other sweet goods.

Job Description 工作內容
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
按照傳統和現代食譜準備各種各樣的食物,如蛋糕、餅乾、餡餅、麵包等
- Create new and exciting desserts for specialty events and core menu to engage members and guests
為特別活動和核心菜單創造新穎、令人興奮的甜點,以吸引會員和客人
- Develop, train and control standardized recipes for food and menu items of various outlets
開發、培訓和控制各個餐廳的食品和菜單的標準化食譜
- Bring frequent new ideas to improve the quality and variety of dishes
不斷提出新想法,提升菜餚的品質和種類
- Work closely with the Pastry Chef and assist in food requisition to ensure sufficient stock but no wastage
與糕餅主廚緊密合作並協助安排食材,確保有充足存貨及避免浪費
Qualifications & Skills 資歷及技能要求
- Vocational Training of Professional Cooking in Western Cuisine
曾接受職業先修或相關專業西式廚藝訓練
- 5 years working experience in kitchen of high-end hotels or Western restaurants
5年高級酒店或西餐廳經驗
- Good command of oral English or Cantonese
流利英語或粵語會話
Working location: Tai Tam (Transportation allowance applies)
