About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within The Mandarin Barber Shop in Hong Kong, the Master Barber / Barber is responsible for delivering exceptional service to meet all guest’s satisfaction, including haircutting, shaving, beard trim & shave. Also to perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time. The Master Barber / Barber reports to the Salon & Barber Manager.

As Master Barber / Barber, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times
• All Barbering skills includes haircutting, Shaving, Beard Trim & Shave (Face Hair Services)
• To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout The Mandarin Barber Shop
• To courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests
• To perform barber training
• To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time

As Master Barber / Barber, we expect from you:
