工作職責

• 歡迎並協助客人處理行李
• 派送信件、信息、包裹和報紙
• 保持禮賓部櫃檯、設備和儲存區的清潔，並負責所有禮賓設備的維護
• 執行其他由主管委派的工作

Job description

• Welcome and assist guests with baggage handling.
• Deliver mail, messages, parcels, and newspapers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the concierge counter, equipment, and storage, and ensure the proper maintenance of all concierge equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required by the supervisor.

入職要求

• 最少1年相關工作經驗
• 能操流利廣東話及一般英文
• 良好的中文和書面表達能力; 略懂閱讀英文
• 勤力，有責任感及積極

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in concierge operations, lounges, or airport settings preferred.
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese; basic English skills required.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and maintains a pleasant demeanor.
