Licensed Leasing Manager 持牌地產經理

Responsibilities 職責:

• Understand the needs of potential tenants & market trend
  了解潛在租戶的需求及市場環境動向
• Develop and execute leasing strategies/plans in order to optimise occupancy
  制定並執行租賃策略/計劃以優化入住率
• Manage and update client databases
  管理和更新客戶資料庫及物業列表
• Arrange and assist clients in property visits
  安排並協助客戶進行物業參觀
• Facilitate the leasing of property
  促成樓盤之租賃
• Assist in preparing leasing documents, including contracts and reports
  協助準備租賃文件，包括合約及報告

Requirements要求:

• Valid salesperson's licence or estate agent's licence (individual)
  持有有效營業員或地產代理(個人)牌照
• Proactive with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  積極主動，擅於與人溝通和聆聽，能靈活地解決問題
• 3 – 5 years of proven experience in leasing
  擁有 3 – 5 年的租賃經驗
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin. Good command of English would be an advantage
  具備良好的粵語，國語及一般英語溝通能力
• Willing to work with flexible schedule on weekends or public holidays
  願意彈性時間工作
