Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a person who can lead a dynamic Front Office Team in a successful 5-star hotel.

• Supervise the team to provide heart-felt service and memorable experience to our guests
• Deliver customer service based on hotel standard and procedures
• Conduct up-selling and cross-selling to maximize hotel revenue

• Good language and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
