We are excited to announce the opening of our new restaurant MEDORA, LIZ & TORI in December 2024. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist the manager in leading all aspects of our business to deliver a high-quality and unique dining experience and advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in overseeing the front-of-house operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
• Ensure high standards for food quality and service, and address customer complaints professionally
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock level rotation to minimize waste
• Supervise to ensure every staff follows restaurant policies and procedures.
• Comply and follow the strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ restaurant supervisor experience, lesser experience will be considered as Captain
• F.5 or Diploma holder of Hospitality management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, able to communicate effectively to successfully defuse tense situations
• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Hong Kong resident only
