Project Co-ordinator - Fitting out project

Duties:

• Execute projects including on-site supervision, progress monitoring, quality control, etc.
• Assist in all documentation, correspondences and meetings with the Clients and its representatives and consultants
• Responsible for overall co-ordination of site works
• Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project
• Handle ad hoc task as request

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management or related disciplines
• Min. 5 years solid experience in fitting out/ building/ A&A project
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good technical background and site experience is an advantage
• Good problem solving and analytical ability
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good in AutoCAD is an advantage but not must
• Immediately available preferred
