Restaurant Assistant Manager / Supervisor/ Captain (Asian/ Western Cuisine)

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to guests and ensure a memorable dining experience
- Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Manage and assist in daily operations to exceed standards and ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Obtain customers’ feedback during operations to ensure customers’ satisfaction
- At least 2-5 years' experience in Chinese/ Western Cuisine restaurant
- Experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, good team player and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Supervisor/ Captain
