Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily check-in, check-out, reservation and reception work.
  • Ensure correct handling of billing and administrative work, including preparation of reports. 
  • Proper and timely handing of customer requirements, inquiries and complaints. If necessary, promptly report to superiors. 
  • Ensure compliance with related policies, procedures and standards of Ascott. 
  • Liaise with the department to achieve daily tasks.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Accept shift duty and able to work independently
