Responsibilities:
To provide administrative and operational support to Chinese Medicine clinical division.
To handle administration duties including but not limited to taskforce related activities, assisting in execution of resolutions, data analysis, minutes taking and routine reports
To handle enquiries / complaints
To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth of daily operation
To assist project proposals and application, monitor the progress & maintain the quality
To execute ad hoc projects and duties assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder or above
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, previous experience with NGO is preferred
Knowledge and experience in Chinese Medicine / Healthcare is an advantage.
Self-motivated, mature and independent; good communication, organizational & administration skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Work Location: Tai Po
