Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • To handle various transactions in the operations and administration duties.
  • To answer all telephone enquiries, presenting professionally with correct etiquette at all times.
  • To have a complete understanding and strictly adhere to our standard operation procedures, policies & guidelines
  • To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Customer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
  • Guest oriented and a good team player
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and any other language would be an asset
  • Fresh graduates and whose holding IANG visa are also welcomed
  • Willing to work on overnight shifts and work on holidays
