Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve Sushi
* Conduct food preparation activities
* Coordinate with service staff to ensure proper service
* Monitor food stocks and place orders as needed
* Maintain hygiene standards in all cooking areas
Requirements and Desired Skills
* Work experience in fine dining restaurant is preferred
* Knowledge in Japanese food is a plus
* Team spirit
* Certification from a culinary school is a plus
* English language or Japanese language ability is considered a plus
* HK permanent resident only
