(Senior) Vice President, International Affiliates - Strategic Partnerships and Overseas Affiliates
Responsibilities

Dive into the data reported by investee companies and affiliates; and, supported by financial and other data analysis, provide insights to senior management
Monitor financial performance of subsidiaries/ associates through reviewing and analyzing budgets, monthly financial reports, assets quality and business strategies
Identify and critique on variances and deficiencies to budget/ business plan assumptions
Create reports/ presentation to senior management with focus on strategies or tactics for further improvement or beat market performance
Provide administrative support on board process of each of the investments where BEA has board representation, including but not limited to appointment/ change of directors, etc.
Be conversant on shareholders and board reserve matters relevant to BEA’s shareholdings

Requirements

University graduate, preferably in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
CFA or CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
Minimum of 6 years’ relevant working experience in an established financial institution, preferably in Credit Risk Management
Possess analytical mind and well versed in financial research and analysis
Excellent presentation and communication skills with good English report writing ability
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
HKIB qualification is an advantage

*Candidate with more experience will be considered for Senior Vice President position
