JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the Restaurant including but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, housekeeping, repair & maintenance of restaurant
  • Execute process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control
  • Deliver high-quality service to customers in accordance to hotel standards
  • Assist Restaurant Manager in Identifying areas where service can be improved and finding practical solutions
  • Be sociable and able to interact with customers with a strong sense of hospitality and passion
  • Support to handle guest complaints
  • Assist in monitoring food hygiene and safety to ensure full compliance with the statutory requirements
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • Higher Diploma in Hospitality / F&B disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations

相關經驗及資歷要求

  • 持有酒店管理 / 餐飲學科的高級文憑或以上學歷
  • 至少兩年於高級餐廳或米芝蓮星級餐廳擔任主管職位的經驗
  • 具有出色的領導能力,能夠激勵多元化的團隊
  • 具備優秀的英語和粵語溝通能力,懂普通話更佳
  • 能夠在快速節奏的環境中管理多項優先事務
  • 熟悉食品安全標準和餐廳營運
