Responsibilities
- Support marketing team to deliver quality services to internal customers and help them achieve business goals via implementation of effective marketing programmes
- Co-ordinate with third party agencies and vendors on campaign implementation, to ensure campaign timeline is closely followed and to work within approved budget
- Keep track on campaign progress and market updates to consolidate performance summary and competitors review
- Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meeting and actively managing the calendar of department head
- Prepare/ coordinate the preparation of meeting materials/ business documents including sensitive information e.g. recruitment, organization chart, performance scorecard etc.
- Arrange the logistics for events for team level communication/ department level town hall/ divisional level staff engagement activities etc.
- Assist section head and department head to manage department’s P&L
- Provide business control support at department level such as process and procedure
- Support department head to plan and execute staff engagement plan
- Coordination of internal matters and consolidation of various reports
- Follow up outstanding issues with internal department/ external customers as directed by department head
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably major in Marketing/Business Administration or relevant discipline; OR Preferably over 5 years’ working experience gained in banking/finance sector or advertising agency
- Solid experience in marketing, event management and administration
- Sound knowledge in bank products and services
- Effective project management and time management
- Good marketing sense, creative, analytical, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer, Marketing Administration
