Senior Sales Manager

Are you ready to stand out among the next-generation of hospitality leaders? We are looking for Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager for Hotel ICON.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work together with Director of Sales and plan strategies and sales plans to achieve the sales goal
• Source and develop new business opportunities
• Review direct competition, recommend tactics and strategies
• Establish and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients
• Achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the corporate segment target room night production and room revenue
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by Director of Sales

Job Qualifications

• Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hotel
• Solid knowledge and experience in corporate sales
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Proven problem solving and organizational abilities
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Delphi system would be advantageous
• Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua with good writing skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
