The Repulse Bay is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping and landscape teams, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness across the entire complex, including apartments, The Club and public areas to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage external service providers, including cleaning and landscaping, ensuring their performance meets standards through capacity and quality management
- Establish and implement cleaning procedures and standards to uphold cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Complex
- Conduct housekeeping/public area walkthroughs to ensure cleaning and maintenance schedules are followed
- Develop and contribute to the strategic planning of the housekeeping teams in line with company directions
- Prepare the annual housekeeping budget and monitor costs for all housekeeping sections, including labour, floral arrangements, festive decorations, and other expenditures
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations and optimize workflow efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, incorporating feedback to continuously enhance service quality
- Identify training needs and develop initiatives to improve service quality through comprehensive training programs
General Requirements
- Degree holder in property, housing management, or related disciplines fields
- A minimum of 5 years of housekeeping management experience with extensive knowledge of housekeeping practices, procedures, and standards
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proactive, independent, well-organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
