Responsibilities

  • Responsible for front office operational efficiency and service delivery;
  • Perform check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems;
  • Maintain and control the room status;
  • Handle guest enquiries and guest complaints tactfully and efficiently;
  • Monitor billing, cashiering and cash handling procedures;

Requirements

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
  • We offer 8 days rest days per month to the right candidates.
