Senior Marketing Officer / Marketing Officer (Contract) - Cards & Unsecured Lending

Responsibilities

• Be a member of Card Product Section
• Implement effective marketing strategies and credit card programs to stimulate card acquisition & usage and achieve business and financial targets
• Perform data analysis on credit card portfolio & potential target customer segments to drive further business opportunities and establish marketing strategies
• Monitor business performance and review result of strategies implemented as well as the marketing budget
• Implement IT and digital projects to drive business growth, streamline process as well as enhance customer experience
• Co-ordinate with internal departments for ensuring smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and cross-selling activities
• Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on credit card business
• Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years’ banking/marketing experience
• Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
• Experience in project management, advertising production and direct marketing with strong communication skills Independent, self-motivated and a team player
• Independent, highly organized, self-initiated
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
