Are you ready to stand out among the next generation of hospitality leaders? We are looking for Technology & Innovation Officer / Senior Technology & Innovation Officer for Hotel ICON.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, core systems, and network issues.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Support both internal and external users with IT-related issues and
• Provide IT training to end users.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and changes.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Knowledge of PMS, POS, Microsoft 365, Windows platform, VMware, AI, Robotics, process automation, network administration, security, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA , CCNA, CISSP, Network+, MCITP, PMP) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to stay updated with IT trends.
