Job Responsibilities:
- Developing procurement source plans, which meet the needs of the specific business area
- Development and implementation of purchasing category best practices
- To ensure that company expenses are minimized through the use of effective purchasing and by obtaining the most competitive prices for goods and services
- Anticipating business and clients needs in the development of business and source plans, product and service requirements
- To take charge in the management and planning of the procurement operations, focusing on Food & Beverage supplies.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Hospitality purchasing experience is an advantage
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Proficiency in procurement system, SCM
- Diploma in Materials Management / Procurement preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
