The Senior Cost & Inventory Officer / Cost & Inventory Officer will co-operate with the F&B operation, retail store, spa and storeroom colleagues to ensure all inventory movements have been recorded accordingly and to participate in compiling an accurate and timely month-end Cost Control Report.
Job Description
- Check Daily Receiving Record against invoices/delivery notes to ensure the correct amount of goods received are posted to ERP system
- Create and update all storeroom items, retail store items and spa retail items in ERP system
- Cost all food and beverage inter-transfers within F&B outlets and retail store
- Compile all cost breakdowns for festive events for event P&L purposes
- Assist in all physical stock-takings
- Check the purchase ledger between Costing and Accounts Payable to ensure the accuracy of total purchase of the month
- Assist in production of Monthly Cost Control Report and Salesmix Report for all F&B outlets
- Perform receiving duties in Country Club when storeroom staff is on leave
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Director
Qualifications & Skills
- Secondary school graduate or above; associate degree, diploma, certificate or above in hospitality/warehousing is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospitality or clubhouse industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage items
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
- Experience in inventory management system and cost accounting
