Assistant Financial Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• To supervise the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Costing, General Cashier and Income Audit within the Finance & Administration Department
• To ensure all accounting transactions covering various activities of the Hotel are properly and accurately recorded
• To prepare monthly management reporting, forecast and budgeting
• To maintain and record all general ledger
• To prepare and maintain schedules and analyses for all Balance Sheet accounts
• To assist in preparing yearly budgets and periodic forecast
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial field, preferably in hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques and internal controls
• Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
• Self-motivated, independent, detailed oriented, analytical mind and able to cope with changing and challenging situations
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and good at prioritizing
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Senior Finance Manager
