Ensures through effective supervision that all services offered at the Concierge are always available and are carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the procedures detailed in the departmental Operations Manual and per Hyatt International Brand Standards.
Schedules him/herself to be on the front desk, the lobby, the ramp, etc during peak operation hours, checking on standards of services and cleanliness.
Ensures a high presence in the hotel lobby.
Ensures that communication and co-ordination of all Departments is smooth and efficient, with particular emphasis on the interaction between Concierge and Front Desk, Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, Guest Services, Security etc.
Acts as ambassador for the hotel and strives to maximizes revenues whenever possible.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in hospitality.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in large scale hospitality establishment desirable.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
