Administration & Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to senior management
  • Support and provide all necessary back-end operational assistance to internal departments
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings and communications efficiently
  • Prepare job orders, meeting minutes and different types of reports
  • Maintain and Handle the renewal of Hotels' license and certificate
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Secretarial Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
