Operations Support Officer – Contract (Consumer Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in account opening for consumer branches.
• Handle general operations of the consumer branches to ensure that regulatory compliance and the Bank's policies are strictly adhered.
• Provide operations support, e.g. preparing regular reports and letters, set-up time deposit.
• Perform quality administrative support to the manager.
• Assist in collecting and reviewing operation documents during auditor’s review.
• Work closely with internal parties for business inquires and daily operation.
• Assist to provide the updated and correct operations guideline to consumer branch.
• Support the team to organize and monitor the progress of ad hoc assignments.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE including English, Chinese and Mathematics.
• Candidate with experience in relevant experience of branch operations is preferable.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills in ensuring operational efficiency being delivered.
