About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Mandarin Club Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Mandarin Club Waiter/Waitress reports to The Mandarin Club Manager.

As The Mandarin Club Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver a delighted The Mandarin Club experience to our guests
• Provide F&B operation of The Mandarin Club
• Maximize the Guest Loyalty and Guest Satisfaction in daily operation
• Ensures Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) standards are fully implemented, maintained and executed to meet and exceed guests’ expectations
• Ensures the beverage and self-service stations are properly set with sufficient stocks
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of The Mandarin Club

As The Mandarin Club Waiter/Waitress, we expect from you:

• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Initiative with good customer service skills
• Experience in Club Lounge is highly preferred
