Responsibilities

  • Prepare pastry products, sugar decorations and butter carvings and any pastry products cooked or uncooked related to pastry items
  • Prepare and coordinate standard and daily orders for the various online and sales orders
  • Follow instruction in order to reach a the set standard of excellence
  • Keep close working cooperation with other team members in the Pastry/kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to the HACCP standards

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year's related working experience
  • Courteous and cheerful in personality
  • Responsible & reliable with sense of creativity
