The Role:-
- To work with the management team to manage total shift operations within an assigned restaurant
- Maximizing sales and profitability
- Maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
Responsibilities:-
- Ensure overall operational efficiency at assigned outlet.
- Ensure compliance with the service standard according to guidelines established by management for the outlet.
- Request necessary supplies from the storage and effective control system of stocks.
- Maintain overall quality and service standards
- Follow up on management team shift control issues
- Ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are adhered to at all times
- Contribute to the development of guest relations by effectively greeting.
- Monitor service quality in terms of ordering procedures, and order accuracy of front counter staff
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Manage or assist in the management of staff scheduling
- Organise different workstations training sessions with new staff members
- To ensure correct stock levels of product during shift with special attention to peak times to assist with service times
- To ensure that all equipment is kept within hygiene standards required.
- Ensure all advertising materials are updated and changes are made in a timely manner, for all national and local advertising campaigns
- Provide internal training and motivation for staff
- To complete daily paperwork on recording sales, stock, staff hours and cash control
Requirements:-
- F5. or above
- Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in Restaurant management
- Self-motivated, team player and enjoy working in fast-paced environment
- Immediately available is highly preferable
