Events Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an Events Sales Coordinator based at The Aberdeen Marina Club! 

As an Events Sales Coordinator, we rely on you to:

• Responsible for administration support to the Events Sales Team
• Handle guests' enquiries by email and phone call 
• Assist in preparing event proposals and event orders
• Effective communication with clients and related internal departments

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 1 year's experience in similar capacity is preferable
• Outgoing, service-oriented with pleasant personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will be considered
