Reservations Manager (5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities

• Report to Hotel Manager
• Lead the Reservations team and monitor the daily operation  in order to make sure all reservations bookings are input accurately
• Handle client inquiries and complaints in timely and professional manner in compliance with company standard
• Build up strong team spirit and maximize the revenue and occupancy of the Hotel

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
• At least 5 years experience in star hotel / serviced apartment
• Familiar with Opera reservations system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Reservations Manager
