The Role:-
- To be responsible for the total management of the restaurant business in order to achieve and maintain high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- To ensure the effective training and development of all staff and management.
Responsibilities:-
- Ensure overall operational efficiency at assigned outlet.
- Ensure compliance with the service standard according to guidelines established by management for the outlet.
- Request necessary supplies from the storage and effective control system of stocks.
- Ensure overall cleanliness including furniture and fixture within the outlet, working area and personal hygiene of the staff.
- Submit various reports as required by Operations Manager
- Provide direction, advice, positive thinking, assistance and guidance to staff.
- Oversee the scheduling of duty roster or allocate staff, and schedule holiday of section’s staff.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and house rules, discipline staff as required and resolve problems referred.
- Ensure communication 100% upward and downward
- Maintain overall quality and service standards
- Ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are adhered to at all times
- Maintain close working relationship with various outlets to contribute to the co-ordination of food and beverage service and to provide feedback on all customers’ comments.
- Respond to written customer complaints
Requirements:-
- F5. or above
- Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in Restaurant management
- Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
- Strong business acumen and good communication skills
- Self-motivated, team player and enjoy working in fast-paced environment
- Immediately available is highly preferable
Work Schedule: 9.5 hours per day including 1hour break.
Shift Time : 05:00 ~ 00:30 (Shift work is required)

F5或以上學歷
至少 4 年豐富的餐廳管理經驗
工作經驗較少的候選人將被考慮擔任助理經理或主管
較強的商業頭腦及良好的溝通能力
