What the role is?

Report directly to the Head of Agency Recruitment, MCV Strategy and Development.

Work as a team head mainly responsible for agency’s MCV strategy and development, focusing on both talent recruitment and business development.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
-
Leada team in planning and organizing MCV talent-focused agency recruitment incentives, recruitment events, and promotion campaigns. Develop and execute comprehensive program action and promotional plans.

Lead a team in developing MCV business strategy especially in collaboration with different business units (internally and externally)
Agency Engagement

Organize regular meeting with agency force and internal parties, so as to collect suggestion, propose new initiatives and monitor progress.

Build up and maintain relationship with key agency leaders to accelerate MCV recruitment and business via providing timely and tailored support.

Handle enquiries from agencies, providing timely and accurate information.
Event and Logistics Management

Organize recruitment seminars, events, and promotional campaigns as assigned by management

Oversee the logistics of various programs, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.

Manage relationships with production houses and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Performance Monitoring
-
Monitor the progress and results of programs and recruitment contests by preparing detailed reports and conducting data analysis.

Expense control and effectiveness analysis.
What we look for?

Bachelor degree in Business Studies / Marketing or relevant disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 3 years of management experience; preferably with agency recruitment / agency management exposure

Creative, Proactive and highly adaptable to changes in fast-moving environment;

Strong in communication skills and problem-solving skills and be good team player;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.

Excellent project management, problem solving & interpersonal skill

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
