What the role is?

Hotline Operations:

  • Outbound Communication: Conduct outbound post-sales calls to follow up with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and customer service inquiries with professionalism and care, providing tailored assistance to meet diverse needs.
  • Message Management: Accurately take messages for incoming calls and ensure timely follow-up, enhancing our customer engagement.

Clerical Support:

  • Voice Mail Retrieval: Regularly check and retrieve voice mail messages to ensure prompt responses and maintain service continuity.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage clerical duties, including letter preparation, document matching, and enveloping, contributing to efficient operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations: Collaborate with the Customer Services team on various tasks to enhance overall efficiency and elevate service delivery standards.

What we look for?

  • Post-secondary graduate with 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage technology for improved workflow.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and manage time to meet deadlines.
