Commis I - Pastry Kitchen (廚師)

We are looking for a Commis I - Pastry Kitchen (廚師) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Commis I - Pastry Kitchen (廚師) , we rely on you to:

• Prepare the food orders with high quality and consistency
• Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
• 預備食材及烹調食物
• 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000 
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• 二至三年相關經驗
• 基本食物安全及衞生知識
• 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
