Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Desk at overnight shift in order to maintain required service standard and operation efficiency
- Handle guest check-in and check-out process according to required procedures
- Administrate daily night reports
Requirements
- Graduated in hotel & hospitality institutes
- With 5 years relevant working experience in Front Desk operation
- Good communication and presentation skills
