Job Descriptions:
Provide efficient administrative & secretarial support to the Chairman;
Oversee and manage various investment properties ;
Participate in organizing daily schedule and business appointment etc.;
Handle correspondences and compile reports independently;
Organize and co-ordinate meetings with internal and external parties; and
Handle ad hoc assignments when necessary
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder in any disciplines;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner;
Proactive, independent, meticulous, flexible and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules;
Good communication skills to manage personal and ad-hoc business matters; and
Excellent command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
Immediately available is preferred
