Administrative Officer (Member & Community Services)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Department Head and managers in the department;
  • Manage Department Head’s schedule, coordinate meetings, appointments with internal and external parties;
  • Screen telephone calls, handle and follow up enquires and requests, both from internal and external parties.
  • Coordinate department’s regular and ad hoc events and meetings.
  • Assist managers in preparation of various reports, presentation and documents.
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, independent, teamwork and ability to work under pressure with pleasant personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office applications, Chinese typing, and video editing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
